School Year Tuition Rates for 2025 – 2026 Year
Afterschool
Afterschool tuition is billed monthly and depends on the program and number of days per week for which your child is registered.

For afterschool drop ins, we charge $50 per regular day and $60 per early release day.
Vacation Week Programs
Note: we only offer enrollment for the entire week of programming
Rates for 2026 Vacation Week Programs
$350 for families currently enrolled in our afterschool program
$525 for all other families
Vacation Week Tuition Policy
We can only refund tuition for vacation weeks for withdrawals processed more than two weeks prior to the program start date. We will retain $50 of your tuition payment as a cancellation fee
Outback 2026 Rates
Rates for 2026 Outback Summer Program
Regular Day (8:30 AM-3PM): $505 per week (or $490 if paying by check/ACH)
Extended Day (8:30 AM-5:45 PM): $695 per week (or $675 if paying by check/ACH)
To help us offset burdensome credit card processing fees, we offer a discount to families who opt to pay by automatic withdrawal (ACH) or check.

Financial Aid Options
Maria L. Baldwin Community Center (MLBCC) is committed to providing accessible, high-quality children’s programs. We accept childcare vouchers and provide scholarships to families who qualify.
Notes on Scholarship Eligibility:
- Recipients of our scholarship awards often receive public assistance (WIC, food stamps, Section 8 housing, free or reduced lunch).
- We take into account gross monthly income, family size, and personal hardship.
- Due to limited scholarship award funding, families must commit to regular attendance. Children are expected to attend at least 80% of their scheduled enrollment.
- We are committed to providing open communication and encourage you to contact Registration for guidance if you have any questions or concerns about your eligibility.
Please note, families must reapply for scholarships for each new school year.
