Event Space Rental

In addition to our scheduled programming, we also offer the studios at Maud Morgan Arts  to rent for events and meetings. Maud Morgan Arts is located at 20A Sacramento Street, which is down the driveway to the left of the Maria L. Baldwin Community Center’s (MLBCC) main building.

The art center has 4 studios. The first floor houses the ceramics studio and the 3D studio. The second floor houses the print studio and the 2D studio. Each floor has an all gender restroom. The building is equipped with an elevator.

All guests must accept full responsibility to maintain all equipment and pay for any damage to the studio beyond normal wear and tear.
