Ashley Yee

Ashley Yee joined the Maria L. Baldwin Community Center in 2015 and enjoys working at a community-based organization where everyone is welcome to learn, grow, and evolve over time. Raised in the South Shore, she is an AmeriCorps alum and graduate of Emerson College’s Writing, Literature, and Publishing program. 

For over fifteen years she has worked closely alongside educators and creatives, community leaders and supporters. As Director of Talent and Operations, she strives to consider administrative systems through a people-first lens. She is dedicated to supporting equitable access to high quality community-based programming and supporting a culture of belonging for center staff. She resides with her family in Framingham and is inspired daily by the curious, creative, and adventurous folks in her life.
